Thanks to new studies, you don't even need to think twice about it. In the past, you may have craved some chocolate for dessert (or probably a few meals), but forced yourself to resist this temptation because you wanted to eat well. That may have seemed insightful at the time, but hopefully you've been keeping up with some breakthrough research.

In it, it's been discovered that dark chocolate actually has many healthy, positive effects. Certain things inside of it are easy on the heart and, while you shouldn't base an entire diet around the candy, you can be far more liberal in how much you consume. That's why we've decided to dedicate a handful of pages to the concept and to make sure that all readers were aware of these facts.

That's kind of the goal for this site. We wish to impart helpful, enjoyable chocolate advice to anyone that comes across it. We hope that people come to the conclusion that they can have their cake, eat it, too and not gain a lot of weight as a result of doing so. In this day and age, you probably have enough to worry about. We're trying to remove one more dietary concern at least. When it comes to chocolate, you should basically be open to as much consumption of it as you desire.
