Finding A Carb Counter

If you're new to low carb dieting and you're shopping for a carb counter, good for you for being serious about your diet. You're probably going by the book, which means you'll be more likely to be healthy while you lose weight. (Low carb diets can damage your health if you don't do them right. And some aren't healthy at all. But that's for another page on the site.)

The Search is On

Where you look for a carb counter depends largely on the kind of carb counter you want. If you want a carb counter in book form, go to one of the bigger chain bookstores. You'll find more variety. They might even have electronic carb counters. But finding an electronic carb counter is going to be a little harder. You might try your local Radio Shack or a sporting goods store, but if those fail you, just go online. Once again, you can find anything you need on the Internet. There are carb counters for Palm Pilots, carb counter websites and carb counters that look like little calculators. (Some of these carb counters also count fat grams and calories, too.)

It's definitely not hard to find a carb counter if you look in the right places. Good luck with your search!
